Medicare Sequestration Paused through End of 2021; Medicare Claims Temporarily Held
Both the House and the Senate have voted to continue the suspension of the 2 percent Medicare Sequestration Cuts through the end of 2021. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is automatically applying its extreme and uncontrollable circumstances policy to all MIPS eligible clinicians for the 2020 performance period.
