Customer Experiences in Healthcare

Two recent studies by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC and Catalyst Healthcare Research have placed the patient experience as "customer" under the microscope. One study focuses on customer behavior in healthcare as compared to other industries, while the other study shows what patients want most from physicians and their staff. Just for fun, we decided to combine data from both studies in the infographic below.
