The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' (CMS) Open Payments system will experience more downtime due to maintenance updates at the CMS Data Center. The first downtime was last Saturday. The next scheduled maintenance will be this coming Friday, September 5, 2014, during times yet to be announced.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is offering several tools to help eligible providers navigate the increasingly complex guidelines of the Medicare Physician Quality Reporting System (PQRS).
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reopened the Open Payments (aka Sunshine Act) website on August 15 after a 12-day shut down to resolve what were described as “technical issues.” Currently, only registered users have access to their data during a review and dispute period. The database will be made public according to schedule on September 30, 2014.
